Execution

• Color Consultation: Our color consultant worked closely with Pineview management to develop a palette inspired by nature. The exterior features soft greens and warm neutrals to blend with the garden's tones, while the interior incorporates calming earth tones to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Quality Materials: High-quality, durable paints were selected to ensure longevity, particularly for external surfaces exposed to the elements.
• Efficient Scheduling: The project was completed in stages to ensure the community center and offices remained operational throughout.

Outcome
The new color scheme has transformed the look and feel of the Pineview Retirement Village community spaces. Residents and staff have praised the fresh, harmonious design that ties together the building’s architecture with its natural surroundings. The internal spaces are now brighter and more inviting, while the exterior exudes a timeless elegance that enhances the village's overall charm.
