Scope of Works

The project included:

• Full external preparation and repainting of all rendered walls, decorative trims, timber elements, and verandah features.
• Detailed surface restoration, including minor timber repairs and filler works to address weathered sections.
• Application of premium Dulux Weathershield coatings to ensure long-term protection and colour durability.
• Scaffolding and access equipment management to safely complete elevated gable and fascia areas.

Colour Selection Process

Working closely with our colour consultant, the homeowner opted for a contemporary heritage palette—modernising the villa’s appearance while retaining its architectural integrity. The new scheme introduced softer neutrals to highlight the home’s ornate mouldings and stonework, replacing the original high-contrast colours with a more cohesive finish.
