Our process
We start with a free site visit and a detailed conversation about your project. No contact forms that go nowhere, no call centres — you'll speak directly with our team. We ask the right questions upfront so the proposal we send back reflects exactly what the job requires.
Preparation is where most paint jobs succeed or fail. We don't rush it. Every surface is cleaned, filled, sanded, and primed before the topcoat goes on. We protect your furniture, floors, and fittings throughout, and we don't move on until the surface is ready.
We use Dulux and Haymes paints — applied at the correct film thickness for your surface type and exposure. Our tradespeople are trained and take their time. The quality of the finish is something we're accountable for under our 5-year warranty, so we treat it accordingly.
Before we pack up, you walk through the finished job with our team. Anything that needs touching up gets done then and there. We don't consider the job complete until you're satisfied — and our 5-year workmanship warranty starts from that moment.
