How much does it cost to paint a house?
So, you have made the decision to paint your house but have no idea what the cost will be?
It is tricky to give a set price as it really does depend on so many aspects such as preparation, age and condition of the site and of course labour and materials. For example a newly built house will most likely take much less preparation then a 1970’s home and therefore we always like to visit site to give you an accurate price and time line.
We are always happy to give you an estimate price based on any photos or floor plans you can provide which can give you a starting point.
What do I need to do to prepare for your tradesmen to arrive?
Depending on the scale of works, at times we will arrange a site visit with our supervisor Zac who can provide you with any further advice on what needs to be done before works commence however we always ask that any furniture and personal belongings are moved to a safe spot before our tradesmen start.
What is the cost for wallpaper installation?
Wallpaper is becoming more and more popular and it’s not hard to see why! It can really freshen up a room and add a personal touch to any space. We can confidently say that many of our wonderful clients have been through their third weekend of painting in a row, asking themselves why on earth they started doing it themselves. Painting can look easy however the preparation and technique is a skill and one our tradesmen take very seriously.
You can end up spending more money on DIY materials and then hiring a professional rather then the stress free option of choosing a professional to start with.
